Thank you to volunteers
As we approach the final hours of my primary campaign for NC House, I wanted to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude to you all. For your encouragement, support, your generous gifts of your time, talents, and treasury, I want to thank you all so very much. Thank you for believing in me, and my commitment to serve the citizens of the 18th House district, and all of New Hanover County.
We have run a positive, professional, grassroots campaign, and I hope the results will show that we have been effective. We have been successful in our fundraising, spent wisely, made phone calls, appeared on radio and TV shows, forums, completed surveys, survived editorial board review, received some great endorsements, mailed 3 mailers, more phone calls, attended events/town halls/non profit fundraisers and meetings all around the county, meet and greets, county and district conventions, put out signs, signs and more signs, and I feel we have done all the right things. I have really enjoyed getting out and about within the district to meet and talk to so many great people I would not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. I am so fortunate to have the best campaign volunteers in town, with the grassroots support of members of the Lower Cape Fear Republican Women, neighbors, coworkers, and life long friends! And many thanks to Dan- I could not have embarked upon this journey without his overwhelming support and patience! (and, his super sign team!) Thank you all!
